The Pearce Family promotes a healthy community and donates large amounts of fresh nutritious produce and baked goods  to many local food pantries, including Walworth County Food Pantry, local Churches and Municipal Food Banks and helps feed Chicago Homeless through Soup Kitchens.  We also give to a local big animal sanctuary.

Other Donation Requests:

We recognize there are other needs in our community, not just feeding the hungry.  With that said, please understand we receive many donation requests on a daily basis.  To help us better serve our local community we outlined our donation guidelines below.

Guidelines for all Donations:

​

• Requests for a donation must be made for a 501 Organization, school or church and we will ask for proof.

• Requests for a donation must be submitted on our website at least two weeks before the event.

• In fairness to other organizations, we will only consider one donation per year per organization.

• We do not donate items solely for decorating.  We recommend the donation provide a learning experience, or provide a financial benefit to the organization.

• Donations value normally have a value of $50.00 or less.  Pearce's Farm Stand will review each request and unfortunately not every request can be fulfilled.  The donation approval will be at the discretion of Pearce's Farm Stand.

• Typically, donations are only granted during our Farm Stand Season, approximately mid July through October.  

• Donations will not be approved for personal benefits or fundraisers.

• Donations will stay within the local community.

• When approved, the donation will need to be picked up on a WEEKDAY, at a scheduled time.  Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver, and items may not be picked up on weekends or holidays.

• Due to the large number of requests we are unable to accept requests in person or via phone calls.  Thank you for your understanding.
